Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is intense apricot, lemon zest, oak, funk. Thin body, juicy apricot, light funk, balanced acidity, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

750 ml bottle, 2019 vintage, shared by Sander, thanks! Orange, medium hazy body, with a medium, frothy, yellowish head. Aroma of ripe apricot, moderate barnyard, some basement, some citrus, almond, some wood. Tastes quite similar, with more citrus, moderate vinegar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes medium sour, quite dry, wooden, citric, with green apple, moderate vinegar, apricot. Tasty! Quite as expected, lots of apricot, medium funk and a dry finish. Not as complex as Fou Foune for example, but very well balanced and lovely to drink. Really enjoyable stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 5 / 17 2023-08-13: 2020 vintage. Lots of apricot, more on the sour side. Enjoyed the 2019 vintage a bit more.

Vintage 2019. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, peachy, apricots, light cinnamon, hay, bit flowery, herbal. very nice smell. medium to full body, slightly fizzy carbonation. tastes apricots, citric, fizzy, stone fruits, peachy, subtle cinnamon, some hay, bit flowery, lightly lactic. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of apricots, stone fruits and some cinnamon. lovely, lovey notes of stone fruits, almost a tad fizzy, subtle cinnamon from the apricot pits. very nice one.

09.10.2022: 0,75l bottle shared at home. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells peaches, jammy, very fruity, apricot jam. lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peaches, jammy, apricot jam, peach pits, cinnamon. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of peaches, cinnamnon and stone fruits. loved the smell, taste is very nice too, rather on the dry side though. overall great stuff

Clear orange beer, small to no head. Aroma: super fruity, lots of apricots, soft bitterness, funky, bitter impression, wood notes, tannins, very nice, juicy impression! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice stuff, soft acidity, lemon juice, some grapefruit peel, fruity, lovely stuff. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, dry, nice acidity, bit floral, bit hoppy, wood tannins, meh?

Pours bit unclear, blonde. Médium sized, very pillow white head. Scent is funk, woody, apricot, raw and rough. Taste is very tart, dry, woody, oak, funk, apricot. Very rough and natural, has a smokey touch, almost. Acidic, lactic acid mostly. Not bad.
