Аромат с сильным душком от хлева, много сена и дерева, дикие дрожжи, кислота весьма яркая, лимонно вишневая. Цвет бледно красный, пены при этом вообще нету. Вкус весьма кислый, снова от лимона и вишни, легкая травянистость от сена на месте. Иногда пробегают намеки на косточку. А вообще именно вишни не хватает.

Keg @ Pien Shop, Helsinki. Poured cherry red color. Cherries, notes of vinegar, tartness, wood. Dry and vinous, tart finish.

A: clear red, no head.
A: cherry juice & skin, redcurrant, yoghurt.
T: sour cherry, bitter redcurrant skin, lactic acid.
F: tart cherry, bitter & dry cherry stone, some bread, wheat.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Easy-going, bitterish cherry Lambic. Cherries are not even key here, but not bad.

On tap at Grote Dorst, pours a clear bright cherry red with a small white head. Aroma brings out gently tart cherries and a touch of earthy tones. Flavour is gently tart and fairly strong cherry-forward, with sour cherry drop, light floral notes and a touch of earthiness. Young and undeveloped but pleasant enough.

(Draught at Le Barboteur, Brussels, 19 Oct 2022) Clear red colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of cherries, red fruit, vanilla and almonds. Fruity, tart taste with cherries, red fruit, citrus, almonds, horse stable, barnyard and a dry finish with a fresh acidity. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well made, with a generous tartness. Very nice.
