Cask @ Cockney. Clear amber with medium off-white head. Flavour is malt, bitter, hops and fruit.

Cask @ Cockney pub. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, caramel, malt and hops.

Cask at the Wharf, Aalborg, DK. Dark golden with a small white head. Some caramel and malty aromas, with fruity hops. Malty and hoppy flavor. Quite weak. Medium body and a nice bitterness in the finish. (060525)

Cask at Charlie’s Bar. Amber colour. Malty aroma with some hints of fruitiness. Sweet malty flavor with some hints of caramel. Bitter aftertaste.

Dark amber coloured, thin, lasting, fluffy froth; fruity nose, mild bitter flavour; some fruits and malts in the taste; light but distinctive bitter aftertaste. O.K.

Cask at Sun Inn Faversham, Kent Reddish brown beer, tastes very similar to the rest of the Sheps range with maybe a little bit more fruit. Undistinguished

Cask. Clear copper colour. Malty, fresh fruit flavour. Malty aftertaste with a hint of liquorice and a little harsh bitterness.

Cask Conditioned
Amber color. Honestly, a simple Bitter, with some caramel taste, pretty high bitterness at the end, light metallic, not enough aromatic.

Cask conditioned at The Spanish Galleon, Greenwich, London. Served at cellar temperature. Copper coloured, low head. Fruity aroma. Flavour is malty and nutty with a nice bitterness. Good beer!
