(Bottle 33 cl) Clear amber golden with a small, off-white and rather bubbly head from the heavy carbonation. Malty aroma with a wee touch of caramel. Lightly sweet malt character with some notes of caramel and a light metallic edge. Almost no bitterness. Drinkable but plain. 251005

Dark amber colour, alas no head at all, no aroma but quite a long flavour finish which makes this beer just drinkable.

Draught at the Randers Regnskov café. Served ice cold, like Danish draught lagers normally are. And most Danish beer places have no "rain forest" air temperature, even in summer! This makes a fair rating difficult, as the icy temperature of the liquid will mask most qualities or flaws the beer might have. Well, this one was drinkable like other Danish "Classic" beers, but nothing really stood out. Some caramel malts, nice deep amber to brown colour. Average at the best.

The best thing about this beer is it's beutiful amber color. But the taste is of an ackward mixture of malt - hard to describe - but not a pleasant beer to drink.

red - brown color, nice head. Malt and bitterhop aroma, but weak palate. A hint more bitter than the average danish pilsener.
