Brewed with great care using only organic malted barley, organic hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish. The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve this lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

English lager in all its English lageriness. Sweet grain sits atop fruity esters and a gentle floral bitterness on the finish. Not my favorite, but a million times better than a Heineken.

12oz bottle. Somehow not rated until now. A pleasant, respectable lager. Bright, zesty, refreshing. Really excellent palate, soft and delicate. Solid noble hop balance. Good stuff.

Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aroma of lager yeast, dry malt. Taste has bread notes, almost reminiscent of a pilsener. Palate has yeast notes, obvious flavoring from bottle fermentation. Really good.
