Brewed with great care using only organic malted barley, organic hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish. The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve this lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

Tap @ Chandos near Trafalgar Square, tick, served in a flute. Clean pale yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of grassy and spicy hop, slight floral, slight grainy malt. Low to medium bitterness. Quite crisp and clean. Soft carbonation, bit thin bodied. Very comparable to a fresh Heineken and pretty good actually.

Bottle pour. Pours super light with a mild, yet refreshing malt aroma. This one really surprised me. Didn’t know what to expect from this, but it has a really nice flavor to it. Nice mild malt flavor. A little rice. Small hops to it. Drinks super easy. Really enjoyed this.

This was poured into a pilsener glass.
The appearance was a nice light colored clear yellow with streams of carbonation rising at a decent pace to fill a one and a half finger white foamy head. The head dissipated within less than about forty seconds and graced the glass with a nice speckled lacing.
The smell had some subtle biscuit to breadiness rolling under my nose and allowing a nice sweet honey coated hoppiness.
The taste had a nice sweet fruity character over top of some light breadiness. There was a quick dry and crisp finish.
On the palate, this beer was about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. The carbonation finishes fairly smooth.
Overall, in my opinion, this was a good beer to have again.

Poured nice with a decent head and very nice gold color.
A bit weak in malt and hops but pretty well balanced.
This is my first organic and I'm not sure how that helps the beer overall but this one is pretty darned drinkable so I'll buy it again and for the US$3.07 price tag, it's a pretty good bargain.
Update: I'm enjoying another bottle of this very nice lager.
It poured(room temp) a light gold with a large head of foam that dissipated slowly.
The smell is sweet with some fruitness.
The taste is fairly hoppy at the start and then the malt moves in and creates a balance that makes this lager a pleasure to drink.

Anchor Tap Sam Smiths, Tower Bridge. Keg. Bright clear pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth and light with fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malt, whisper of nuttyness. Very light floralness and a touch of citrus. Smooth finish. Light and very drinkable.

Keg @ Wortley Almshouses. Fizzy as hell lager yellow with an impressive head. Smells of barley and bitter hop. Disappointing taste bordering on the outright unpleasant. Sour and full of wrong turns throughout the profile. Unwelcome aftertaste. Better than Stella... just...

550ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear and bright yellow gold with lasting but thin white head. Aroma of straw and a bit of caramel. Tastes the same but with hops. Lots of carbonation. Easy to drink.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket Liquor Fort Collins. Pours a clear yellow appearance with a nice white head. Corn, chewy grain, cooked veggie aroma. A bit twangy, chewy celery, corn, cracker flavor. Not good.
