Twents Wit is een verfrissend tarwebier. Traditioneel gebrouwen, met de beste granen van Twentse bodem. Frisfruitig van smaak. Prikkelend en toch stevig.
Twents Wit is een ongefilterd, bovengistend tarwebier. We gebruiken hiervoor uitsluitend natuurlijke ingrediënten. Naast hop voegen we tijdens het brouwen sinaasappelschil en koriander toe. Zo ontstaat de kenmerkende friszoete smaak. Het bier wordt ongefilterd afgevuld, waardoor het typische witbiergist duidelijk een bijdrage levert aan de smaak.

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemon, coriander, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, wheat, and coriander, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.

Bottle 33cl. clear glass.Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, paper, light to moderate yeasty, soap, light grapefruit - lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091024]

Cloudy yellow with a tiny white head. Sweet fruity aroma with hints of fruits of malt. Flavour was sweet with fruit, toasted malt, caramel and peaches. Finished sweet.finished sweet.

Bottle, 5%. Aniseed aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Stable white head. The flavour is sweet and spicy. Some cardboard, dusty malt. Old mandarin orange notes. Not so interesting.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Distinct coriander nose. Medium body, sweet fruit and coriander, perhaps a whiff of ginger also. Dryish finish. 241009

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Lots of coriander, citrusfruits and mild notes of liquorice in the aroma. Flavour is very much lemon juice, yeast, earth and some spicyness.

Bottled (BB 03/2010). Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Lemon, coriander, wheat in the nose, but also sugar and cardboard. Perfumic lemon, citrus peel flavor, hints of coriander. Thinnish palate.
