Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty funky, lambic notes, spicy, peppery. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, pretty acidic, bit floral, soapy touch. Aftertaste: bit fruity, sourish, little bitter, more fruit, spicy, some tannins. Decent stuff going on here.

Sample on the first day of Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Pours a cloudy golden yellow colour. Aroma's are sour, funky, a bit weird (vomit) and herbal. Retronasal it's sourish, light sweet even, and a bit herbal. Flavour is mild sour with a hint of bitterness. Light bodied. Long finish with mild sourness.
