Bottle @ Himmeriget. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and heavy elderflowers. Flavor is quite sweet. Light dry finish. 211021

12.09.2021: Glass from 0,75l bottle at the brewery. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells herbal, nettle, grassy, hay, spices. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, spices, nettle, light sweetness, honey, stone fruits. Finishes lightly dry with notes of nettle, grassy and peppery notes. Very nice one, very unique, very good to drink

25.08.2023: 0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 20/21. straw yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells elder flower, flowery, parfumy, subtle hay, light tannins, lovely elder flower notes, super delicate and crisp smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes apples, subtly tannins, peppery, peppery, some elder flowers, some sweetness, some rhubarb. elder flower stalks. finishes lightly sweet with notes of rhubarb, elder flowers and some peppery notes. hmm, loved the smell of this, taste is good too, a tad heavy, probably from the sweetness, this is more on the sweet side, not sourness at all. gets better when warmer, once the flavours come through better, then it feels less heavy.

Clear pale yellow beer, small aery irregular off-whtie head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, floral, elderflower, sulphur notes, funky, dirty, urinals, very sharp, rather unpleasant. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: earthy, funky, dirty, quite some sulphur, elderflower, dry, forest humus. Aftertaste: fruity, very funky, watery touch, little bitter, apple skin.

Bottle thanks to Andrew. Pours a hazy gold with no head. The aroma is earth, dill, floral, barnyard. Thin body, lemon zest, oak, funk, nice tartness, earthy, very good.
Dosc grzeczne, bardzo owocowe, solidnie czuc rabarbar. Nie to, klaska puwi. Bardziej do chlania niz do cmokania

Pours unclear blonde, smell is full, elderflower, intense, sharp. Taste is full, sharp, dry, rhubarb but mostly elderflower.

750ml bottle. Smooth, slightly funky and sourish with some apple juice, rhubarb, hints of tartness and sourness. Pretty balanced and complex.
