Our craft lager brewed with just the right amount of coconut palm sugar. Paying homage to the ingredients used in the famous African beverage, Palm Wine.

Large foamy white head stayed on an unclear golden coloured body. Biscuit, newspaper & tobacco aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a cloying back. Malt, wet cardboard, malt & lemon tastes with a limp ending. There's nothing worse than a lump ending...

440ml can brewed and packaged by Cloudwater Brew Co, obtained from LowCostBeer: BB 15th May 2022. Drank in the afternoon on 7th August 2022, it's sunshine all the way here in Devon. Clean golden body, decent white head. Strange taste to this, most likely the 'Coconut Palm Sugar' they claim is used in it. Struggled to finish this.

24/4/2021. Bottle shared with D&J at the welcome to Eva beer share. From Hoppily, Leigh-on-Sea. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Good looking pour. Aroma of citrus, grain, grass, sugars, caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Not bad.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers!]. Clear, orangey, golden colour with small, frothy to macropore, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather neutral, grainy, malty aroma, whiffs of coconut. Taste is sweet-ish, grainy, minimally sugary malty, whiffs of sweet-ish coconut milk. Watery texture, indifferent palate, rather coarse carbonation. Rather simple and monotonous, the sweetness in the first third is the only thing noteworthy - so-so.

Thanks HP for sharing. Mild grainy beginning. Neutral fruity, refreshing with a neutral grainy finish with no bitterness.
