750ml bottle. Zesty, tartish and slightly funky with some citric notes, grapes and sourness. Pretty refreshing.

[2022-01-02] Flaska från Cantillon, 2021. Drucken jämte Radikon Jadot 2013. Något ljusare blekgul, lätt disig med liten vit krona. Doftar och smakar av päronsylt, äpple, gula russin, stenfrukt, aprikos och rabarber. Snyggt djup i smak och syra, och tjusigt druvig sötma. Bra balans, smaken ligger kvar länge. Mycket gott. [2022-12-16] Flaska från Cantillon, 2022. Drucken jämte Radikon Slatnik 2018. Blekgul med vit krona. Stor förväntan utifrån förra årets. Här är det något helt annat. Väldigt lätt, med pigg fräschör och syra. Smakerna mycket på utan och saknar helt djupet från förra årets. Vita och gröna krusbär och toner som nästan drar åt gurkvatten. Skarp kontrast och tyvärr besvikelse i jämförelse.

75cl Bottle. Corona Lockdown thirty something share. Thanks to SirAlex. Pours hazy yellow golden with a fizzy disappearing head. Deep and inviting nose. Grapes, White wine, horseblanket, barnyard and funk. A touch of candy and chardonnay. Dry and funky, sharp and fresh flavors. Best cantillon in a while.

Bottle, 750 ml in Bruxelles. Cloudy golden with small white head. Intensive fruit, grapes, musty, vinous, juicy, some sweet grapes, wonderfully balanced. Smooth. Pretty great, one of my favourite Cantillons. Bottle, 750 ml at Les Brigitiness. 2023 vintage. Vinous, citrus, vibrant, funky. Nice sourness and fruity and white wine balance.

Bottle big thanks to BillyT. It pours hazy lemon yellow with minimal head. The aroma is bright, zingy, juicy, tangy, lemon peel, white grape, orange wine, sherbet, melon, juicy, lemon sherbets and only a light funk. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, bright acidity, minerality, bracing, white grape, lemon peel, sherbet, refreshers, granny smith apple, must, juicy, sour candy, lemon balm, gooseberry, puckering, sour apricot, more subdued funk and a splash of lime with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Vibrant and fruity. Moreish.
