Bottle from Eltham Wines, Eltham. Amber pour with a white head. Heavy spice nose with a spot of caramel and toffee in there too. The spice continues into the flavour- pepper, cumin, cinnamon. Has a light fruit kick. Spicy-bitter finish. Interesting.

Hazy deep amber beer, bubbly pale cream colour head.. Palate is smooth but has a fine minerally crispness. The malts are light with an unsweet caramel. Floral bitter hops on the backend. Touch of ripe orange and a trace of hop spice. Finishes semi dry with sweeter malts finally coming in. Bitter aniseedy linger. A bitter on steroids! Decent.

Bottle. Copper-amber with a small head. Has some pleasant toffee-caramal notes in both aroma and taste, although not as smooth tasting as other ales with very similar flavours.
