Awash with all the pithy, sticky hop characteristics we fell for some 13 years ago, Jagged Edge showcases some of the finest new world hops, boasting a clawing bitterness that coats the mouth amidst a biscuity base.

[ As Brewdog Jagged Edge ].
ABV: 5.1%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, wheat, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, zesty, fruity hops, sweet citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hops bitter, citrus, zesty, fruity hops, pale malt, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210727]

Draft @ Brewdog Malmö. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a white head. Has a fruity grassy grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity grassy hoppy grapefrukt bitter flavor. Has a Fruity malty grassy hoppy finish.

Can. Murky golden body, off white head. Muddled aroma, sweet tangerine, herbal. Sweetish lean body, peach jam, bitterish finish. Okay really, just not spiky in any way.

330ml can. Pours slightly hazy light gold with a large head. Aroma is light sticky pine and caramel. Taste has pine and caramel throughout. A bit watery.

Hopfig in Nase, dazu Pinien. Im Trunk frisch, trocken, leicht harzig, verhältnismäßig leicht, fast wässrig. Hinten bitter. Okay als Sommerbier.
