Egal, ob zum Feierabend, in der Stammkneipe oder beim schnieken Abendempfang, ein ehrliches Pils passt immer. Prost aus Hamburg!

Bottle, together with fresh fried fish. It smells like fish. It is a decent and fresh very pilsnerish Pils. I like it.

Mild smell of malt. Pale golden colour, white head Aroma of malt, grain, some grass. Soft plentiful carbon. Lightly bitter. Clean.

On tap at Altes Mädchen Ratsherrn Braugasthaus Hamburg. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grass and cracker malts on the nose, slightly peppery. Flavour has lots of crisp grass and cracker malts with a herbal, slightly peppery quality. Body is a bit on the light side, but otherwise well done.

Schöne Schaumkrone, in der Nase sehr frisch, wunderbar grasiger und kräutriger Hopfen, dazu eine reine und klare Getreidearomatik. Im Geschmack definitiv sehr hopfenbetont, schlank, trocken, mit deutlicher Bitterkeit. Super geradliniges, norddeutsches Pils.

On tap at Dolden Mädel, Berlin, shared with little Dina. Clear golden, small off-white head. Malty, doughy and buttery aroma, hints of honey and herbal hops. Light body, crisp, drinkable, bready, lightly buttery. Sweet malts, bitter Saaz-type hops. Moderate carbonation, dry finish. Kinda resembles a Czech Pils.

Bottle at the Reichshof Hotel Hamburg. Pours clear straw gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light corn, grains and faint fresh lemon. Taste is light sweet lemon, light astringent grain. Dry finish.

(Draught at Dolden Mädel, Berlin, 28 July 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, hay and herbal hops. Malty tasty with bread, cereal, grass and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Meedium body, dry. Fresh and clean pilsener. Quite nice.
