Bottle @ The Hague Tasting. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, nice bitter hops, nicely bitter, quite fresh and crisp. Average body and carbonation.

330ml bottle at a Christmas Market stall in Hamburg on 10th Dec 2014 and again on the 11th in the Silbersack Bar. Light golden beer with a white top that didn’t hang around. Dry and hoppy Pilsner with a minimal malt presence throughout. OK, just a standard German Pilsner really.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head, very light color. Aroma is slightly dry, hay, weeds, grass, light malts, dried grain, cereal. Taste is slightly grainy, light malts, hay, dried grain, weeds, cereal, grass, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.

0,33 l bottle. Typical simple good looking label art design of the "new" Ratsherrn Brauerei. Light golden and clear in the glass. Unfortunately only a small and short living white head. Nice CO2 pearls. Spicy herb on the nose, think stronger than other Pilsener out of north west germany. Starts more friesian herb than hanseatic. Later surprisingly more a sweetness like lemon, what helps the drinkability. I like it! (6. Sept. 2012)
