The second version of a cider enriched with Gewürztraminer grapes, in which Antidoot effectively creates a cider-wine hybrid and in that sense a beverage on the very brink of what is still considered ‘rateable’ on this website. Moussy, snow white, loosely knit, soda-like ‘head’ immediately dissolving, yellow-glowing straw blonde robe with fine strings of visible fizz – typical cider look indeed. Aroma of Jonagold apples, grape skin, margarine, green pear, freshly cut grass, chamomile, clove. Juicy onset, sweet apple with a hint of ripe pear too even though no pears went in here, softish carb, rounded and smooth, thinnish mouthfeel; soft grape skin tannins provide a somewhat bitterish and dryish counterbalance against the smooth, soft, fruity sweetness of the apples, while minerally undertones from the carbonation keep things fresh and supple. Strong (Jonagold) apple aroma retronasally; the grape effect stays subtle and more grape skin- than grape flesh-like, fading away a bit in the end – a bit bizarrely so, as I was expecting more sweetness and juiciness from Gewürztraminer. Tasty and elegant drink, which may connect wine drinkers to the world of wild beers too, if this Analogia gets them interested in the rest of Antidoot’s range…
Puuviljane, õunane, viinamarjane, magus, hapu.
White winter apples, pulpy, strange twiginess, sourish

Pours slightly hazy blonde. Small white ring of foam. Scent is strong, apple (very natural, obviously ) with a raw, tad citric, grape bite. Taste is sharp, very dry, appleskins, peppery phenols and grapy side, along with a milder than expected citrus. High carbonation.
