Cask gravity at CPBF 2014. It pours clear amber with a decent off-white head. The nose is toasty, brown bread, wood, leather, nectarine and marmalade. The taste is crisp, bitter, peppery, brown bread, leather, spicy, toast, earth, resin, grapefruit peel and orange with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A solid hopped-up bitter.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear copper amber with a small glow and a creamy head. Has a lightly sweet toffee flavour with a similarly small sweetness for its aroma. Has a light texture and is easy drinking.

Cask @ Euston Tap. Not a bad bitter this, some sweet toffee / fruit elements coming into play making it a nicely rounded and sessionable beer.

Very fruity and malty in-mouth with citrus fruit, berries and biscuits. Spectrum heads towards bittersweet citrus tang in finish. Zingy mouthfeel, medium to light body.

(Cask at Euston Tap, Euston, London, 20 Nov 2013, as "Seven", or "Severn" as I think the board said) Reddish amber colour with brief, beige head. Malty nose with toast, rye bread and orange peel. Malty taste with notes of citrus, toast, dried fruit, prunes and a balanced bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Quite nice.
