Our first time using London Fog yeast. A creamy mouthfeel and lashings of stone and tropical fruit from both Amarillo and Cryo Simcoe.

440ml can from Sophie's Beerstore: Drank at home on 22nd Feb 2021. Hazy light yellow body, large white head; this beer wanted to get out of the can. Tropical fruit nose and taste, preferred the 'My Country' I had before this.

Can from This Is Beer. Appearance - Odyssey beers all seem to gush a bit when the can is opened. This one was a particular example. I may have lost up to a quarter. Anyway, cloudy yellow. White head. Nose - pinepple and lemon. Taste - orange this time, with still plenty of pineapple. Palate - close to medium bodied, creamy texture, bitter (but not too bitter) finish. Overall - nice, but disappointed with over-carbonation.

440ml can sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Misty yellow appearance, nice pure white head. Fresh zesty floral nose. Taste presents fresh, zesty citrus fruits, brisk bitterness, bright grapefruit with hints of pineapple. Crushable stuff.

Can. Beer Central. Cracked this and it pissed out the top. Big fizz on pouring led to a huge froth with a tiny bit of actual beer underneath. Calmed down fairly quick though. Nice aroma on this, with notes of squeezed citrus. Some pineapple and sweet grapefruit. Sweet grain background. Taste is similarly sweet, with just a pinch of oily bitterness. There’s a smooth mouthfeel in there somewhere but the high carbonation spoils things somewhat. Makes for a decent hop burp, mind you. Light lingering bitterness to finish. Would make a cracking cask beer, I’d bet.

44cl can @ Niamey craft beer tasting, merci Richard. Dernier tasting au Niger. BB 11/2020.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 10/09/20. First Oddysey beer since lockdown me reckons ! Lively pour to murky orange / yellow with a big old off white cap formed of bubbles. Nose is bitter orange, grass, spruce, ripe melon, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises sharp grapefruit zest, light pine, orange pith, grass, melon, ripe mango. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA but overcarbed which makes what would have been a likely 3.7 become a 3.5.
