(Citrusy) fruity and grassy hoppy aroma, minimally sugary, caramel malty background, notes of orange and mandarine, candied orange peel, candied lemon peel, a touch of grapefruit and baked apple, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is bitter, slightly zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, caramel malty, minimally doughy yeasty, hints of lemon peel, grapefruit peel, some orange, a touch of red apple; dry, slightly mineral-papery-chalky finish. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather dark, a bit homebrew-ish - meh.
