Aromatic, with a good balance between the bitterness of the hops and the soft sweetness of the caramelized malts. American style with British roots. Our first beer and one of our fan favorites.

A bit infected, which is too bad since the other Cadejo beer I had was pretty good. Pours amber with ok head. Some rust and some tangy infection aroma. Bottle from Don Israels.

Shared at a tasting, medium bubbly long lasting head, hazy dark red color with dark orange hues, aroma of jam, caramel and minerals, flavor of caramel with honey and straw, some light fruity sourness, light sweetness. Drinkable but nothing more.
