Thsnks to Kati for sharing this can. Grainy smooth, neutral grainy, no bitterness. Easy to drink, round and grainy. Somehow metallic mouldy with no aftertaste.

Aroma of soft witbier notes with lager malts interspersed, quite nice if I do say so. Has a nice yellow body on the thing at least, but didn't notice any head. Flavour is reliable witbier with balanced wheat and banana and none of those cloying things that badder wits have. Smooth finish. It's very nice and surprising given I found it in random Switzerland. Perfect for drinking on a Swiss train.

Can courtesy of Elizabeth E. L’intensità olfattiva è flebile e la persistenza olfattiva è corta.

17.07.2017 - 0.5l can from coop in bern, 1.95 fr, 6pack/10.95. pours a clear golden with a quickly disappearing white head and little lacing. aroma of candy, grass, hay, corn. flavour of sweet malts, cardboard, apples. more like a lager rather than an ale. drinkable. 22.03.2021 - nice slightly perfumy aroma from the can, quickly disappearing in a glass though.

Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grains, sweet, nothing special. Taste is sweet grains, floral, quite sweet. Boring and too sweet, but ok.

Finally I’m rating this. 50cl can, poured in a glass. Pretty neutral aroma, some grass, some hay. Decent taste for a golden ale though. Lives up to its reputation to be slightly better than the regular Swiss mass market beer.

Metallic copperish-golden, totally clear beer under a thick, dense, rather stable yellowish head. Bit sea-smell, shrimp - high DMS? Mineral, sweet grain/malt. Faint toasted and lots of sweet malts. Again this mineral thing going metallic in the end. Light body, lightly carbonated, lightly but tellingly slick-sticky. Bof...
