Geen heel bijzonder weizen bier. Kleur is okay, maar de afdronk is matig, de normale frisse zoetige smaak van sommige Duitse bieren ontbreekt.

Hazy pale golden colour, good two finger frothy white to off-white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, cloves, grass. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, yeast, fruity, light sourish undertone that continues in the aftertaste. Soft sweet and light bitter aftertaste, wheaty, light fruity notes, hint of cloves. Light to medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, refreshing and well-made.

On tap. Cloudy dark yellow with good white foam. Aroma: yeast, a little banana and clove, wheat. Taste: yeast, a little candy, white bread, a bit banana, spices and phenol.

Sampled from bottle @ Oirschots Bierfestival. Hazy almost opaque yellow color, small white head that leaves fair lacing. Smell and taste wheat, lightly banana, lightly sweet. Meh, don’t like it.
