The quest is simple: How much taste can we get in a beer at 3.5%? It should be fresh and well-hopped, it's all about nailing the water profile and non-specialty malts. This fruity little thing has a good backbone of flaked oats and is dry-hopped as a MF. Low ABV but packed with flavor!

30/6/2020. Sample courtesy of the SHIG, cheers! Pours hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of tropical and stone fruits, grass, grapefruit and rubbery pine. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a light tart edge. Moderate body, watery texture, average carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a hazy white orange with a white fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, but then malts start coming thru. Taste is a fruity, little grain, lots of malt, bit wet in the finish.

33cl bottle, via Beer52. Drank at home on 8th Jun 2020 during the virus Lock In. Hazy golden body, white crown. Aroma and taste are very citrusy in nature, some sweetness but mostly bitter and slightly tart.

Can shared at home, sourced from Mikkeller Webshop (Backlog 01/05/2020) - hazed yellow pour with a white head. Tropical fruity medley with some pineapple and mango coming in, light pale malty, medium to light body and a solid hoppy finish, packing in allot for the low abv, very quaffable.

Can from the monthly pack, drunk on the German Day of Beer. Very hazy yellow amber. Tropi-fruity nose with some piney bitterness hanging in the back. Tastes quite reasonable for a 3.5% session, not too bitter for the (obviously slender) body. Flavor tilts away from fruity towards mild piney lupulin. Definitely Session NEIPA territory here. Über-sessionable!
