Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a thick, opaque black with a lacing, light brown head. Very intense and almost sweet cinnamon, nutmeg an clove aroma. Rich, full body, sweet roast and licorice with very distinct notes of the pumpkin pie spices. Roasty, chocolatey with the spices tagging along in a very dominant role. You have gottta like pumpkin spice to appreciate this beer. 120621

Flaska från SB. Opak svart vätska med lågt krämigt varmbeige skum. Söt och kryddig doft. Stor och söt kropp med smak som en pumpkin pie. Kanel, nejlika, pumpa, choklad, kaffe. rejält med kryddor, maffigt och trevlig.

Burk. Den sötkryddiga pumpan fungerar oväntat bra mot grundölen, som ju är bra och kraftig. Inte tu tal om att det är lite plojigt, men samtidigt rätt gott.

Lukter pepperkaker, gresskar og ingefær. Svart med brunt skum. Fyldig. Pepperig, lett bitter kaffe, ingefær ogkokte grønnsaker. Middels lang.

Svart med lys brunt skum. Lukter peeperkake, gjær,, malt. Smaker av jul. Mye krydder. Smaker av ingefær. Mild krydret avslutning.

Bottle kindly shared by B. Dark brown with beige head. Loads of spices (duh!), chocolate and roast. A bit metallic and thin.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Black with a small tan head. Sweetish with cinnamon, dark chocolate, some pepper and clove. An ok one.

Canned July 28th 2020.
Pours pitch black with a finger of tan foam, lacing is good.
The smells are coffee, roasted malt, pumpkin spices in that order for my nose.
Taste wise, the coffee and pumpkin spices run neck and neck; nutmeg with sweet malt notes, coffee adds some bitterness, roasted malt almost seems like the backbone...as a Stout or even an Imperial Stout should.
Medium carbonation and body.
Very tasty Stout.
