India Pale Ale brewed with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra hops.
Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra are combined together in this new favourite. Back to basic with this crisp thirst quencher of an IPA. Hop forward, light colour and balanced bitterness wrapped in fruity aromas. Simple and nice to drink in the sun and with good friends.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small, white head. Sharp, piney and pineapple aroma. Body is strangely thin, almost watery, light grapefruit notes before a slight astringency in the finish. Very far from Ebeltoft's finest hour. 090821

Clear, golden color and a nice white head. Nose starts with a vinegear aroma, faint sour. Green and red fruits. Surprisingly no vinegear or sour flavors. Green and stone fruits with a nice hoppy flavor. Crisp. Rather short finish. Extraordinary, but nice!

Süffiger, bitter hopfiger Beginn. Spritzig, leicht steigende Intensität, moderat grasig. Langer grasiger Abgang, leideretwas zu trocken, dennoch gelungen. 9/9/10/9/10/9
