India Pale Ale brewed with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra hops.

Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra are combined together in this new favourite. Back to basic with this crisp thirst quencher of an IPA. Hop forward, light colour and balanced bitterness wrapped in fruity aromas. Simple and nice to drink in the sun and with good friends.

Bottle @ Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Pours hazy yellow with a White head. Super clean and crisp. Grapefruit and pine. Multifruit. Bang. Bitter finish.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.

[ As Ebeltoft Petroleum IPA ].
ABV: 6.2%. Clear medium to light yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, minerals, herbal - herbs, silage notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass, silage, citrus, pale malt - wheat, herbal, light metallic bitter. IMO: Quit witbier IPA'ish ! Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20200818]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are citrus hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice long bitter finish.

Draught @ Fairbar. Pours almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grass, fruity hops, light herbal, light citrus. Flavor is light bitter, malt, grassy, fruit, little herbal, citrus, lemonpeel. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light bitter finish. 200620

Tap @Fairbar. Clear golden, white head. Hoppy, lemony aroma, faint hints of exhaust. Citrusy, malty flavour, lemons, a little unripe pineapple.
