Lively, fresh, bubbly cider made exclusively with Bartlett pears from our own orchard. The cider undergoes secondary fermentation in-tank, preserving the fresh pear and orchard fruit aromas. Creamy, light and dry with a long, fruity finish.

Pours like a light champagne, well formed foam that moves off like champagne and proper effervescence that seems so hard to find in BC ciders. The aroma is soft luscious pear, it really should be stronger and more vibrant on the nose but when do you smell it it's great. The flavour is earthy and acidic pear, nice juice notes, soft wood and tannins. Full and very crisp mouthfeel, also very dry. Easily the best perry I've encountered in B.C.

Sweet pear up front, but finishes tart. Fairly complex for using bartletts. Off dry with a fine effervescence. It's a good product, they've done about as well as possible given the base fruit.
