The joyous occasions of the sun returning to Longyearbyen after a long and dark winter inspired us to brew this light, fruity and full flavoured beer. The addition of wheat malt and ample amounts of Centennial hops spark the light back into sun hungry Svalbardians.

330ml draught at Ølhallen. Next to clear golden-brown body. Filmy layer, crocheted lacing. Inviting smell of peaches and pale malts. Mid-sweet citrus and peaches to the taste profile with a pale malty backbone. Bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Rounded mouth feel. Like it. Håndverkølfestival 2017. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, malt, hop, yeast. Flavor is fruit, citrus, oranges, malt, hop, yeast, caramel. Medium body. Ordinary beer.
