330ml bottle. Very dark brown colour with weak ruby shimmer and small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, dark beige to tan head. Sweet-ish, toasty, dark malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of malt lozenge, some caramel, a touch of red berries. Taste is toasty, minimally nutty, dark malty with low residual sweetness, notes of dark caramel, a touch of malt lozenge, toasted nuts, some hop bitterness, a weak, bitter touch of burnt caramel as well. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather toasty and bitter - OK.

Donkerbruin, beige kraag. Aroma is muf, gebrande mout, roggebrood, wat cacao. Smaak is droog, bitter, gebrande mout, roggebrood, iets van karamel, gist, mja weer geen topper van De Die / NHB.
