The Baroque Dark matures in the rock cellar for up to six weeks, developing its inimitable taste. It is full-bodied, malty-aromatic, fine dry with a slight sweetness, fine creamy in color like warm brown amber; Taste and fragrance intense, powerful and gripping.

Aromas are dark malt, roast, molasses and a bit of barnyard. Flavors are similar to nose, loses the barnyard and add in a bit of cocoa. Slightly soft carbonation and a touch chalky. Pretty good dunkel.

Bottle. Drank this one on a trip to Chicago. Deep brown with amber highlights. Nice head, some lace. Love the chocolate, coffee toasty nut flavor. Good stuff.

Аромат умеренный, немного сладкий и жженый, лакрица и солод, даже легкая дымка. Цвет прозрачный, темно брусничный. Практически без пены. Вкус весьма сильно карбонизирован. В начале ощущается кофе и шоколад. Послевкусие более тонкое. Немного жженки и карамели с лакрицей, но умеренно сладко. Также хорошо ощущается солод. В итоге хороший но немного не классический темный лагер.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Clear brown with moderate sized beige head. Aroma of metal, caramel, raisins. Taste again has that metallic note with light roast, caramel, chocolate, raisins, modest bitterness. Smooth body, soft light zingy carbonation.
