I have bought this bottle from Amstein, St-Légier. Drinking it relax, at home, before to pick up my daughter at Malley. For me, it was a rather nice experience, a correct lager, pils, so refreshing even during November, floral and aromatic bitterness, 04.11.22

Slightly roasted malt, floral hops, sourdough, resin, lemon zest, rubber. Zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty hoppy malty bittersweet finish. A nice crafty Helles, almost IPL-like.

Slight hazy golden. Aroma is good bonbon malt and some white bread with lots of hay. Taste is sweet bready malt and light rural hay tones. Full body, rich taste and light hoppy spices. Quaffable and nice. Good one!

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, dusty, grassy and a bit piney. Pours cloudy golden color with thin soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy, bready and yeasty, following is herbal and slightly metallic, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is average bitter. Tap at Valhalla. Rather thin body, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Med-light grainy maltiness, but otherwise hops-centered, medium spicy grassy hops character. Light diacetyl. Overall very clean feeling, easy drinking. Quite good.
