Panzer Pils is the brewery's take on a crisp and easy-to-drink lager, following a south German model. The malt provides a soft bottom with a subtle sweetness, while the floral European hops create balance, but very limited bitterness.
This beer is excellent for the traditional Danish lunch table, or just as a regular thirst quencher after a hefty round with the lawnmower.

Can @ Herøya. Unclear, golden body under a fine, white head. Aroma has a nice maltbase. Taste is rather classic pilsner with balanced sweetness from the malt, floral noble hops and nice bitterness. Feels smooth, soft and refreshing with a ‘moorish’ aftertaste. A nice, well made, no nonsense lager.

Can. A quite grainy one, semi-sweet, with a gentle bitterness. Floral, lightly piney and peppery. I prefer my pils crisper and more bitter, but it's a fine brew anyway. 646413 260418

Tap at Islands Brygge, no Amager Brygghus. Clear golden. Stone fruit. Front heavy, oily, dry sticky chalky, then creamy. A tad too flat and buttery. Not really a Pils, but not undrinkable.

Best before 04/25, from amstein, a pleasure as usual with this country, a simple and tasty pils with a hint of ipa and helles, smooth, bready and bitter, yeasty, refreshing preparing the christmas meal at home with a wind of Russia.

Fat på Amager brygghus . Här har vi sjukt klassisk pilsner möjligen förutom den är lätt grumlig. Peter tycker den är lite för besk men det är den ju INTE. Torr klassisk

Keg at the Amager taproom, CPH, 19/11/22. Almost clear golden blonde with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, grains, straw, herb. Taste comprises hedgerow, grains, pale malts, twist of lemon, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy enough pils.
