(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a slightly hazy amber with a dense, off-white head. Notes of caramel, banana and overripe fruit. Medium body, lightly sweet banana notes and a whiff of yeast. But in general a very soft and smooth amber Hefe. 210607

Bottle, 4.9%. Weak banana aroma. Hazy amber colour, small white head. The flavour has a little wheat and banana flavour, but semi-boring. Thin mouthfeel. Low to medium carbonation.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Slightly amber coloured, medium-sized, quite firm off-white head; yeasty, fruity (bananas) nose with a touch of torrified wheat (almost smoked !); sweetish flavour, a bit oily, light to medium bodied; sweet-bready finish with a touch of toasted malt and some lemons and bananas. A unusual, but tasty Weizen.......

(swing top bottle, bought at the brewery tap) Hazy, deep orange-golden colour with a thick off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly sour wheaty aroma with notes of bananas and apples, dusty and slightly clovy. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium body, rather soft carbonation. Wheaty and fruity taste with a light sourish touch; yeasty, slightly bitter and tart finish with clovy spice. Drinkable but not perfectly rounded Weizen.

Eigentlich ganz nett... Bottle. Spicy (clove/pepper) and fruity banana/berry aroma. Tan color cloudy with slight head. Subdued flavor - sweet wheat malt flavor slight clove finish but fruit aromas don’t really come out in the flavor - rather bland.

Bottled. Amber colour, cloudy. Restrained malt aroma. Rounded, deep, soft maltiness. A touch of vinegar, rather sweet. Mild like an Erdinger, the main difference is that this is well made...
