Entre dorada y pajiza muy limpia y muy brillante y con dos o tres dedos de espuma muy bonita de retención razonable. Aroma a grano. Realmente ligera en el paso por boca, muy suave y escaso cuerpo. Buen punto de gas y amargor bajo. Buen sabor malteado con notas de grano y pan y ligero contrapunto seco. Muy bebible. Y bien hecha.

Bottle, three months before bbd. Pours clear pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with bread crust, hay and honey, as well as floral hops. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread, hay and honey, as well as floral hops with grassy minerals. Lingering zesty finish.

Bottles, many. Clear golden body with a medium white head. Fine carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of raw potato, crusty baguette and freshly cut grass. Flavour of herbs, white bread and grain. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Crisp and refreshing. I feel is deserving of more generous reviews.

[50cl bottle from my local Sainsbury’s.] A pale straw coloured pour with gentle carbonation and a creamy looking white head; floral aroma; bready body with a floral bitterness; and a creamy finish. Refined and very drinkable.

(Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 28 Feb 2026) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass, hay and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of gread, grain, hay, grass and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and harmonious. Nice one.

0,33 l bottle. Pours clear yellow with small, very quickly dissipating white head. Aroma of cardboard, light herbal hop notes a bit of dough. Taste is light sweet and bitter. Body is OK, carbonation above average. Finish is short and unremarkable.
