0.5 l bottle. Pours clear golden with thick, foamy head. Malty-hoppy notes in aroma, combined with some vegetable-like and grassy notes. Bittersweet taste with medium lasting, bitterish finish. Lively carbonated, light bodied. Dull.

Sehr schöne feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone; klare hell-goldgelbe Farbe; in der Nase strohig, hellmalzig und getreidig mit blumigem Hopfen; im Geschmack sehr stimmig, leichter Körper, glatte Textur, leichte Süße, viel strohig-getreidiges Malz, ein wenig Hopfen im Hintergrund, sehr milde Bittere. Zwar gefällig, hat aber durchaus Charakter.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is bready grains with grassy noble hops, straw and some hay. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Body is medium. Nice clean Helles, superb example of the style.

500 ml bottle from a grocery store in Passau, Germany. Pours a crystal clear yellow-gold color with a bright white head and great retention. Very good lacing. Light malt and light bread aroma. Straightforward pale malt flavor with slightly less bready notes than the aroma. Super smooth, clean, and refreshing. Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness. Uncomplicated and really good.
