Draught @ Åben Aarhus. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, bitter grassy hops, fruit, tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, citrus. Flavor is bitter, light malt, oat, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, grass, citrus, light alcohol. Full body, average carbonation, dry bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. 030920

ABV: 8.0%. Murky matt medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - yellow head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - oat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, citrus, light pine. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus, pine, fruit juice. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200403]

Can. London Ale yeast but this is a NE DIPA? Stupid. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts, slightly thin and bringing a modest creamy sweetness. Crisp pine hops. Slightly pithy orangey citrus with some well integrated hop spice. Modest orange peel. Touch of tangerine. Crisp dry finish. Drinkable for sure but not wowing me much.

Burk Dipa provning med PQ och Risotto. Doftar väldigt gott av 345 citroner Och 200 meloner som krossats på ett golv och du vandrar runt i detta. Ok ok . Hur smakar den då? Omedelbart i munnen känns jaffa apelsin och skalet på citron sant passionsfrukt. Zest är ett proffsigt utryck så det skriver jag också. Lite tunn tycker jag Tyvär. Ok modern Dipa som druckits 100 tals av. Så betyg blir ok Dipa betyg. Den når ju inte upp till O/O nivå men ej heller ner på dåliga Brewski Dipa nivå. Välgjord
