Аромат отличный, очень яркий, сразу ягоды смородины но и много малины как будто с ноткой яжевикой, сладость паточная от меда, отличный баланс. Цвет темнуще красный, пенки нету как обычно у меломеля. Вкус невероятен, идеал баланса между медом и ягодами. Тут уже не только ягоды от смородины черной и как будто немного красной, но и листья от нее, малина тоже на месте. При глотке наваливает сладость медовая, патока скорее даже, и все это идеально сочетается, и не становится приторным даже после бутылки 0,75. Одна из лучших от Шрамсов.

The nose shows intense notes of blackcurrant, dark cherries, and blackberries.

The palate is medium bodied. Sharp acidic edge with perfectly balanced tart juicy blackberries and currants.

Bottle shared with others. Pours a clear deep ruby red with no head whatsoever. Aroma has tart dark berry with a bit of sweet honey and light dryness underlying. Flavor has tart berries with a slight sour bite and a sweet honey backbone.

At tasting. Dark red color, no head. Smell and taste loads of fruit, red fruit, intense, cherry? Black cherry as well. Interesting this one. The mix with honey is quite nice. Not bad at all.

Pours dark red, nearly black. Scent is intense, super natural fruityness (syrup). Cherry (with acidity) has the upperhand. A thcik honeybase beneath. Taste is full, syrupy intensity of fruits. Cherry remains the upperhand, but the raspberries aren't lost at all. Providing great balance trough acidity. Full honeyed base. lovely mead !

Such a nice balance of sweet and dry, tangy and acidic. Great blend of delicious notes.

And this one is even nicer! The pairing of two fruits adds complexity, with the blackcurrant tartness balancing some of the raspberry sweetness. Both together work so well with the sweet base. Sticky, sweet, jammy and delicious.
