Bottle thanks to BillyT. It pours oily dark purple - brown with no head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, tangy, jammy, fruit compote, blackberry, jammy berry, blackcurrant and hot jam. The taste is slick, oily, jammy, earthy, tangy, juicy, blackberry, blackcurrant, victoria sponge cake, slick, fresh, granny smith apples and candy with some warming alcohol though the finish. Fulsome body and and fine carbonation. Jammy.

Bottled. Deep, dark red. Loads of fragrant, perfumy raspberries and fresh blackcurrant. Heavily sweet and intense. Chewy with quite a bit of tannins, oak and lingering honey. Just great stuff.

Sample from bottle @ Craft Beer Garden 2021, Helsinki. Sweet, heavy with intense, thick and chewy raspberry notes, blackcurrant and berry juice, oak, hints of tannin and honey. Intense, sweet and complex mead. Another great Shcramm's mead.

Absolutely addicted to this flavor, I guess currant + berry is my favorite mead blend, or currant + anything. Alone it hints at cranberry type dryness but with red raspberry it perfectly balances the sweet and dry finish. Jammy jolly rancher delish.
