Bottle. Dark redbrown color. Creamy white head. Malt sweetness, butter and a tiny sourness in aroma. Malty, fruity taste with a small bitterness of dark chocolate in the aftertaste. Small tartness. 2011 bottle: Beautiful red-brown color, nice off white head. This beer is a homage to marzipan! It’s also fruity. Delicously "fat" texture. Swedens best beer?

Bottle. Color was dark brownish. The foam was small but rather thick. Nice aroma with malt, raisins, fruit and some syrup. Dried fruit and malt in flavor also sweet tones of caramel. Long aftertaste. The alcohol warmed some, I think.

(Bottled, vintage 2005, abv 7,9%, at Delirium Café, Gothenburg 6 July) Colour is tawny, with a firm beige head. Nose is malty, sweet, slightly wineous with notes of chocolate, toffee, caramel and black currant. Taste is malty, wineous with a well balanced sweetness and notes of dried fruit (apricots). Nice bitterness in the long wineous finish. Good stuff.
