Bottle [from Euro Swap 5 thanks to hermod] shared @ The Hague Tasting. Hazy amber color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some sweetness, some herbs and spices, lightly yeast. Decent body and carbonation. Quite nice.

0.5l bottle. Have to work pretty hard just to get a small head on this one, and even after all that hard labor all I got was a bubbly quickly fading just off-white thing. This on top of a cloudy dark plum orange/brown body. The nose has a good amount of ripe old fruits, the sweet kind, there are cardboard traces here, dark candied sugar, plums with just a little bit of acidity, yeast and a good dash of Belgian yeast. Not bad, a bit mellow at first but it opens up after a while in the glass. Far out there on the sweet side of the scale this. Lots of yeasty zesty alcohol in the taste. It has a light oily mouthfeel with a soft carbonation level. Traces of minerals, rocks, earth. It's quite filled with nuts and sweet berries also this. Dark candied sugar before it ends slightly warning. Mahh, not completely mine thing. 01.08.2013

Lite bitterhet, medium kullsyre, men alkoholavslutningen trekker ned.
