330ml bottle [BBE 04.06.2022]. Jet black colour with late awakening, very small, creamy, fading, tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and sweet-ish, caramel malty aroma, notes of dark caramel, coffee, sugared coffee, whiffs of brown sugar. Taste is roasty and chocolately, dark malty, sweet-ish, caramel malty, notes of dark caramel, coffee, sugared coffee, a touch of dry cocoa; minimally papery finish.
Dissolved sugar enriched, minimally slimy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, scattered, soft to flat carbonation.
Nice composition, still tasty, outer signs of obsolescence - pretty nice.

Bottle from Beerdome. Black almost without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and heavy coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and roasted light bitter finish. Oily and soft. 281120

Bottle picked up from Beerdome, Webshop Grootegaste, Netherlands. Had this at home listening to Marc Riley on 6Music Wednesday 4th November 2020. Pours black with a tiny head that disappeared without a trace. Lots of coffee, however I get some lactose, though maybe it's just silky smooth, a little boozy, some lotus biscuits, roasty, this is really nice.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 4.60.2022 Pours no head. Aroma has cocoa and salty licorice. Flavour has coffee, salty licorice, ash and tobacco. Palate is low on CO2 but does not disturb that much. Dry and good.

Dark brown pour with a very thin tan head. Notes of roasted coffee, licorice, soy sauce, dark roasted malt, molasses. Almost flat and a bit cloying.
