BBE 31 07 15 - Pours clear copper orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, hints of fruits, grass and herbal notes. Taste is smooth, grainy and malty with some caramel, toffee, hints of fruits and herbal hops. Finish is stingy, grainy and malty with some caramel and aged hops. Feels a bit unbalanced and not very fresh.

0.33l bottle. It looks quite nice this and it smells really nice. A cloudy really glowing peach orange body under a big lasting almost a little cream-fluffy head that's leaving some serious lacework. Really fresh nose, lots and lots of really zesty fresh citrus hops here. The summit hops really shines. Traces of black currants and red berries. Sweet pine cones also detected. A really nice aroma. Lots of flavor also. It somehow manages to both oily and quite watery on the mouthfeel. Haven't had that before and it's about average in the bubbles. Lots of citrus and pine cones in the taste also. Lots of resinous traces and thin watered down strawberry syrup. It's a refreshing, really well hopped one this. I wouldn't argue if someone said I had to drink a bottle more of this. 02.08.2014

Bottle at home. Has a nice and cloudy orange color, with a small, off-white colored foam head. The aroma is surprisingly sweet how the first thing that strikes me is fruity jelly sweets. Furthermore feels mango, blood orange, pine needles and grass. The hops is more pronounced in the flavor with tones of grass, wood, some cardboard and a lot of resin. The finish is dry. Mouth feel is smooth, and the bitterness felt quite powerful. The aroma was interesting, but the taste feels a little unbalanced. Its possible that this is not my favorite kind of hops, but I think the hops dominate too much in this beer.
