Saberooth is a prowling IPA that hunts out your tastebuds & mauls them within an inch of their lives. This hoppy animal is relentless yet classy in the flavour stakes, big dank American hops are backed up with a strong satisfying malty backbone from Pale & Crystal malts.
The poise of this animal of an IPA is what gives its thoroughbred character.

Keg at the Lyric - Soho, London. Stellar. Lots of nice pithy citrus character. Great balance. Plenty of grapefruit, pine needles and tangerine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light dry citrus finish with moderate pale malt sweetness, pithy grapefruit, mild rind, tangerine. Glorious.

Keg at the hanging bat. Clear golden pour, nice head and lacing. Aromas of resin and pine, light citrus. Taste has all this, plus a decent malt backbone. Creamy texture, long bitter finish. Very nice.
