Our hop-infused mead is made with our pure Rocky Mountain wildflower raw honey and fermented with traditional techniques, and is carbonated for a fizzy and effervescent finish.

The hops grown here on the Pommier Ranch add a subtle citrus bitterness to the mead that's balanced out by the smoothness of the honey. The carbonation adds a crisp and refreshing texture that makes this mead perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.

Our hop-infused mead is a versatile beverage that can be enjoyed in many ways. It's perfect for pairing with grilled foods, as the bitterness of the hops complements the smoky flavors of grilled meats and vegetables.

We invite you to visit us and try our hop-infused mead for yourself. Whether you're at the beach or just looking for a refreshing drink on a hot day, our hop-infused mead is sure to hit the spot!

Quite pale. Has a slightly woody, vaguely floral aroma. Similar palate, but with a mild hop character and a light bitterness. Very light. Slight effervescence. This is a strange one because it's so light, and the vague hop doesn't necessarily do anything here.

200mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a few bubbles worth of head. Nose is full of intense floral hops and very subdued honey. Flavour is bone dry, hoppy and light, with lots of dry soapy hops, floral notes, and totally fermented out honey. Nearly bone dry finish. Nothing wrong with it, but it’s not what I look for in a mead.

Poured from 200mL bottle from Pommier Ranch (lot 13). Clear-ish pale blonde with almost no white head. Dry, lightly hopped, a bit thin and bland. Much preferred the little taste I had when it was fresh (early July). Below average.

500ml bottle found in Kamloops some months ago. It pours with nice carbonation, mellow but strong foam, stormy even and a light translucent antique white body. There's a strong cream aroma, lots of marzipan, almost like a latté and I fail to find any hoppy notes on the nose. Flavour is mellow sweet honey followed by some soft hops; there's a bitterness on the back end that I can't say I like. Still, it's more mead forward and less hop forward and needs more sweetness. I'll manage.
