Bottle at the Lord Northbrook, Lee. Amber pour with an off-white head. Citrus and pineapple aroma. Fresh fruit burst in the flavour, lots of sherbet lemon in there. Quite a zesty number. Dry, bitter finish. Quite nice.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is resin hop light toffee caramel. The flavour is medium to light bitter with a watery light hop, pretty nondescript palate. I’m not sure what "hospital records" were used in the brewing of this beer but I’m willing to take a guess! I always wondered what the doc did with all those specimen bottles I gave him over the years. Now I know! Not good. Not good at all. Nice label though.

Flavour is somewhat sweet, toasted bread malt, light staling, hints of grassy nobel hop. Some cider notes and esters. Not half bad. Full light body with spritzy carbonation..
