Cereal killer, the latest of our saison, made in collaboration with our friends from Brasserie du Borinage.
For its recipe we started on the basis of our Quate Grins (barley, wheat, spelt, rye) using this time the raw cereals from the farm of the family of Antoine Malingret, one of the founders of the Brasserie du Borinage. We took advantage of the harvest to get ultra-fresh grains, harvested within the 3 days preceding the brewing to guarantee you the freshest possible grain profile.
To enhance the whole beer, we did a light dry hopping with the German variety Hallertau Blanc, which gives fresh notes of citrus fruits, white grapes and flowers to this Imperial Season and its 8.9% alcohol content.
