This APA is brewed to bring you a face full of classic American flavour! Cascade and Amarillo in the kettle meets Citra and citras lil'bro Comet in the dry hop to produce an intensely hoppy beer. Grapefruits, pine needles, limes and oranges are thrown around the place when this circus rolls in to town.

Can from Caps & Taps, Kentish Town on 25th September 2020. Slightly hazy amber with shallow foam and partial lacing. Rich and intense aroma of zesty peel and tropical fruits. Tangerine zest in-mouth with burnt orange. Bitter peel dominates the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and plenty of body. Superb.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clears deep gold-orange with a frothy, off-white topping. Damn solid West Coast-style pale, some pine, pithy citrus, grass and grapefruit. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes somewhat dry but lightly resinous, with more pithy citrus, sun-kissed pale malts. Good one.

4.7% On tap at Hop Stuff Tap Room Ashford. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Grapefruit hippy aroma. Yes an old style west coast apa. Good grapefruit and pine throughout. Very likeable. Some sweetness. Decent . Bitterness on the finish.
