On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts and some spice. Flavour is sweet, malty, ginger and lavender, very odd and a bit out of place. Light fruitiness. Light to medium bodied. Not a winner.

Bottle at Kent BF 08. Hazy gold, lasting white head. Slight yeast, golden syrup aroma. A decent strong golden beer, really creamy and full. Alcohol is a little syrupy. Fairly uncultured.

Bottle, 6%. Slow gusher. Semi-ripe apple aroma. Cloudy, muddy pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is quite spicy with a hint of metal and a little apple.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is lots of tropical fruits and some vanilla. Flavour is quite the same with wooden hints and also some slight anis and even mild metallicness.

(Bottle 30 cl) Courtesy of MiP. Comes as "Oitje Lente Kriebel". Completely opaque, unclear pale golden with absolutely no head. Looks like unfiltered apple juice. Fresh and fruity nose with a touch of coriander. Light in body, low in carbonation with rather fresh, fruity accents. No bitterness. An OK summer quencher. 230807

Bottled (BBE 2008)
Hazy yellow color, floating yeast particles, no head. Apples, lychee and citrus in the aroma. Crisp (but same time flat) mouthfeel. Sweet apple-orange flavor. Also flowery notes, is it dandelion? Some grassy hops in the finish.
