From my backlog. Shared with andregoncalves. Coppery colour with a beige head with medium lasting. Aroa has notes of light caramel and red fruits with floral hops. Flavor is moderate bittery with earthy notes. Mild bittery final with short duration.

500ml bottle. Clear, ruby red glowing, mahagony colour with huge, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Dry hoppy, fruity aroma, notes of red berries, lingonberry, cranberry. Taste is minimally sweet fruity, hints of red berries and their parings, bitter hoppy overtones, nuttily malt basis.

Bottle split at the Pig’s Ear Cellar, Richmond, 29/06/13. Extremely dark mahogony brown with a good sized light tan head. Nose is dark bready malts, toffee, light cocoa. Taste comprises brown bread dough, biscuit, dark toffee, nutty tang, a little dose of dark fruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with a little bitterness. Decent enough ESB.

50 cl - thanks to Sean. Toll malziger Geruch. --> Tolles Bier! 13/12/14/14

Bottled (from AbM). Hazy ambery brown colour with a big fluffy head, that settles into a small creamy one. Aroma is wood, fruity, floral, mild chocolate and some slight toffee. Flavour is wooden, mild floral and chocolaty notes as well as some mild resiny and toffeeish notes. Nice bitter floral finish.

50cl bottle, bbe 13/09/2013. Dark brown with a thin beige head. Aroma has mild coffee, bread, dark fruity notes and honey sweetness. Flavor has caramel, bread, mild hops. Dry finish. Low carbonation. Light body. More a brown ale than a bitter IMO.

Bottled, thanks Boudicca! Cloudy dark brown, rich creamy head. Floral nose with some milk chocolate. Mid dry with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Some floral notes, a bit of chocolate ang grain. Mostly velvetty and harmonious. Mid bitter finish with some salt. Beautifully relaxed and drinkable.
