Voorheen was dit het goedkope huismerk van het levensmiddelenbedrijf Laurus, verkrijgbaar bij onder andere Edah, Super de Boer en Konmar. Na de overname van Laurus door Jumbo was het verkrijgbaar bij Jumbo en C1000 supermarkten, later alleen bij Jumbo. Sinds 2024 is het ABV gewijzigd naar 4% en wordt het bier gebrouwen bij Martens.

Can at home, ahhh the prejudice for this one haha. Golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, grain, not much maybe bit of metal. Taste is the same, quite bitter, malt, grain, some metal. not too bad tbh for the price

Flesje thuis gedronken. Goudgeel helder bier met weinig schuim. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is moutig maar waterig. Weinig nasmaak.

Sweet, perfumy aroma. Sweet flavor, lacking hoppiness. Some perfumy maltiness. The flavor is better than expected, though bland and far too sweet.

Uit een blikje (maar dan ook echt, zonder uitschenken in een glas) op het strand. Omdat het koud was (het bier) aangenaam. Maar toch: weinig smaak, slappe nasmaak.

F: medium, white, average retention. C: pale gold, clear. A: grainy, corny, bit cardboard, grassy. T: malty, sweet bready, bit grassy yet weak bitterness, light to medium body, low to medium carbonation, light honey aftertaste, bellow-average pale lager, not enjoyed, 33cl can from Jumbo supermarket in Stein, Netherlands.

Pours a clear golden yellow, no lace, aromas and flavours of of grassy hops and malt with a mildly bitter finish.
